P3 Groups

P3 exists to inspire men toward healing and wholeness in the area of sexual purity by equipping them in the P3 principles and encouraging them in their relationship with themselves, God and others.

.

“Who is P3 for?”

P3 is for men who realize that what they’re doing isn’t working and need help and resources in their pursuit of purity. Most come to P3 as a last resort; nothing else has worked.

.

“Who can attend?”

The only requirement for attending P3 is to have the desire to stop lusting and to become sexually sober.

.

“What takes place at a meeting?”

P3 meetings consists of a group of two or more individuals who – using the P3 Purity Principles – meet together regularly for the purpose of healing and wholeness from their destructive habit patterns.

P3 meetings are a safe place. They are gatherings of equals who keep confidences, refrain from judgment, and who support one another through sharing their experience, strength and hope in seeking the common goal of freedom and wholeness.

P3 meetings are one hour long and include: first name introductions, selected readings from P3 literature, continued book reading from the week before, and sharing from group members on how they’re doing in their pursuit of purity within the last day or week.

There is no cross talk, interrupting, or fixing of one another during the sharing. Participants are encouraged to ask questions, gain feedback from one another, and continue their discussions at whatever level they feel comfortable after the meeting.

.

“Is there more beyond a meeting?”

The real strength of P3 is what happens in-between the meetings each week. The options are vast; it simply depends on the degree of healing and wholeness the participant desires.

Options include, but are not limited to:

  • Making daily phone calls to get current, get outside one’s own thinking, or simply to support another member.
  • Calling another group member daily to go over the daily purity renewals together.
  • Working on the PURITY steps to gain further insight and progress for one’s journey.
  • Meeting with a PURITY mentor to go over the step work and receive feedback.
  • Becoming a PURITY mentor to help another person experience freedom and healing.
